Colette Dalton, LCSW
Colette offers an empathic, client-directed approach and loves helping clients create their best lives possible. She meets clients where they're at and builds safe and trusting relationships with them so they can explore their unique experiences and figure out their personal path forward.
Colette received her bachelor's degree in Marriage, Family and Human Development and her Masters in Social Work, both from Brigham Young University and has worked in mental health for over a decade.
She has worked extensively with college students, young adults, and adults with a wide variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, stress, relationship issues, and trauma. She uses a wide variety of modalities based on what her client needs, including CBT, DBT, EMDR, solution-focused, and motivational interviewing. In addition, Colette has several years of personal and professional experience in helping individuals navigate both their spirituality and sexuality, including being a volunteer facilitator for the lesbian friendship circle at Encircle, an LGBTQ+ resource center.
