Lindsay Hyde, MPsych, CLC
Lindsay grew up as a devout member of the Mormon church and lived the first 40 years of her life completely immersed in the religion. In 2016, after going through a devastating faith transition and divorce, she knew she had to do something to help others going through those massive life changes come out on top.
Seventeen years after receiving her undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University, she returned to school as a single mom of four and got her Master's degree in Psychology and Life Coaching from Grand Canyon University. She went on to attend the Life Purpose Institute and completed the intensive life coaching certification requirements in October of 2019.
As a life coach, Lindsay combines empathetic listening skills with lines of questioning that allow her clients to discover the answers they already have within them. Lindsay truly believes that each of us is our own expert on our own life, but sometimes we need a little guidance to help us find our voice.
She helps her clients recognize the thoughts and beliefs they have that create unwanted emotions and actions. As they begin to recognize problematic thought patterns they are able to make positive changes in their lives and begin to heal and move forward, intentionally living a life that they have created and feeling empowered to trust themselves.
